Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end quality engineering function with a focus on test automation.
- Develop and implement innovative automation frameworks to improve testing efficiency.
- Design and execute automated test scripts across various platforms.
- Analyze complex systems and identify opportunities for automation improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving test automation frameworks and processes.
- Collaborate with multiple teams on automated testing integration and key technical decisions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, provide cross-team solutions, and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Test Automation Strategy.
- Proficiency in Test Automation Strategy.
- Strong expertise in designing and executing automated test scripts across various platforms.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines supporting automated testing.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and identify areas for automation improvement.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and automation tools for building scalable testing solutions.
- Strong influencing, advisory, decision-making, and troubleshooting skills.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
