Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during software design and maintenance of cloud-based solutions.
- Build and maintain scalable Python test automation frameworks and testing utilities.
- Test products at scale and diagnose, recreate, and resolve complex customer issues in production.
- Provide actionable debugging insights to development teams.
- Integrate automated test APIs into Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
- Build tools that streamline testing workflows and improve engineering productivity.
Requirements
- Strong Python programming experience for building test automation tools, utilities, and scripts.
- Hands-on experience developing test automation frameworks, preferably with PyTest.
- Practical experience troubleshooting in Linux/Unix operating environments.
- Demonstrated ability to build testing tools and utilities.
- Curiosity about AI tools and a proven history of integrating new technologies into daily workflows.
- Preferred experience supporting enterprise-grade security or networking products.
- Preferred proficiency with AI code assistance tools such as Gemini Code Assist.
- Preferred debugging experience across networking, cloud infrastructure, HTTP/HTTPS, and TLS protocols.
