Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and maintain cloud-based software solutions.
- Build scalable Python test automation frameworks for API, protocol, system, and browser testing.
- Automate browser-based user journeys using Playwright or Selenium, including synthetic identities, MFA, and privileged-access scenarios.
- Integrate automated APIs and tests into Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD pipelines with shift-left gating, test data provisioning, and parallel execution.
- Diagnose and reproduce customer and production issues, provide workarounds, and contribute insights to product debugging features.
- Test and debug networking flows involving HTTP, HTTPS, TLS, and certificates using tools such as tcpdump and Wireshark.
- Support test environments using cloud, Kubernetes, container, infrastructure, and identity-provider technologies.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience building Python-based testing frameworks, preferably with PyTest, for API, protocol, and system tests across microservices.
- Experience with browser automation using Playwright or Selenium and with synthetic identities, MFA, and just-in-time privileged access.
- Experience integrating automation into Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD pipelines, including shift-left gating, test data provisioning, and parallel execution.
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure and with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and Terraform.
- Hands-on proficiency with HTTP, HTTPS, TLS, certificates, and network-flow debugging using tcpdump or Wireshark.
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions within the functional domain.
- Preferred experience with Okta, Azure AD, or Ping; SAML/OIDC applications; MFA policies; groups; and SCIM provisioning.
- Preferred knowledge and hands-on experience with Zero Trust Network Access architectures.
