Responsibilities
- Lead and support Jira Align implementations and enhancements across enterprise environments.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand delivery models, agile maturity, and reporting needs.
- Configure Jira Align to support program-level planning, portfolio visibility, and execution tracking.
- Help define and implement governance, workflows, and best practices across teams.
- Align Jira Align with Jira Software and other Atlassian tools.
- Support agile transformation initiatives and scaled agile frameworks (SAFe or similar).
- Provide guidance and training to delivery teams, product leaders, and executives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a consulting and client delivery environment.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Jira Align (required).
- Experience with Jira Software and the Atlassian ecosystem.
- Experience supporting scaled agile frameworks (SAFe or similar preferred).
- Experience working in enterprise or consulting environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to translate delivery needs into practical tooling solutions.
