Atlassian Consultant (Jira Align) - Contract

- Lead and support Jira Align implementations and enhancements across enterprise environments.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand delivery models, agile maturity, and reporting needs.
- Configure Jira Align for program-level planning, portfolio visibility, and execution tracking.
- Define and implement governance, workflows, and best practices across teams.
- Align Jira Align with Jira Software and other Atlassian tools.
- Support agile transformation initiatives and scaled agile frameworks.
- Provide guidance and training to delivery teams, product leaders, and executives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a consulting and client-delivery environment.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Jira Align is required.
- Experience with Jira Software and the broader Atlassian ecosystem is required.
- Experience supporting scaled agile frameworks such as SAFe is preferred.
- Experience in enterprise or consulting environments is required.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are required.
- Ability to translate delivery needs into practical tooling solutions is required.
- Atlassian certifications are preferred.
- Experience with agile transformation initiatives, distributed teams, or large-scale delivery organizations is preferred.
