Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Maintain and improve software components for performance and reliability.
- Design and implement scalable software architectures and write clean, efficient code.
- Apply debugging and performance-tuning techniques.
- Document software designs and development processes.
- Participate in team discussions and provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Guide junior team members through technical challenges.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with OMP Plus.
- Proficiency in OMP Plus.
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Familiarity with debugging and performance-tuning techniques.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- 15 years of full-time education.
