Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance scalable custom software solutions and cloud-native AI platforms.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions and integrate enterprise data sources.
- Architect production-ready Generative AI applications using modern software architectures.
- Act as a subject-matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Lead software development best practices, troubleshoot performance, and improve team productivity and product quality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, coordinate development activities, and mentor team members.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Generative AI is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Proficiency in Generative AI is required.
- Experience designing scalable and maintainable software architectures is required.
- Knowledge of AWS or Azure and LLM orchestration frameworks such as LlamaIndex and LangChain is expected.
- Experience with Kubernetes is preferred.
- Understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies, plus familiarity with modern programming languages and frameworks, is required.
