Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery through requirements, design, task definition, implementation, and deployment using spec-driven agentic workflows.
- Build and contribute to the Convogent, Velogent, and Kubogent accelerator platforms.
- Design and implement Amazon Bedrock Knowledge Bases and RAG retrieval pipelines for enterprise customers.
- Build MCP connectors integrating requirements, GitLab, and enterprise tools into the AI-native pipeline.
- Implement verification, validation, traceability, and compliance gates in regulated software pipelines.
- Ingest regulatory and compliance documents into knowledge bases and RAG systems.
- Build linting, type-checking, and security-scanning hooks into CI/CD pipelines.
- Lead agile delivery, manage distributed teams, report to stakeholders, and mentor engineers at Lead level.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience across the full SDLC.
- At least 1 year of production, end-to-end AI SDLC experience.
- Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, Java, or Go.
- Hands-on AWS experience with Bedrock, Knowledge Bases, Agents, Lambda, and EKS.
- Experience with microservices, REST APIs, GitLab, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and agentic system design.
- Familiarity with MCP connector development.
- Production experience with at least two of Amazon Kiro, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Google Gemini.
- Client-facing consulting experience in regulated industries is preferred.
- Exposure to verification and validation, traceability, compliance requirements, regulatory document ingestion, steering files, and specification documents is valued.
