Responsibilities
- Build and set up development tools and infrastructure for software development processes.
- Build, test, and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines and streamline deployment processes.
- Manage cloud environments and container orchestration technologies.
- Monitor system performance and improve reliability, security, and automation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Participate independently as a subject matter expert and guide junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) is required.
- Experience with cloud platforms and container orchestration technologies.
- Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Knowledge of security best practices in software development and deployment.
- Ability to troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues efficiently.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
