Senior Technical Consultant - Revenue Cloud / Consumer Goods (Open)
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Lead technical design and delivery for a work stream in Revenue Cloud or Consumer Goods Cloud.
- Create application and technical design documents aligned with Salesforce best practices and the customer's environment.
- Guide integration, environment management, testing, and platform standards.
- Troubleshoot critical implementation issues through resolution.
- Manage customer expectations and negotiate solutions with customers and third-party partners.
- Mentor junior teammates and contribute to the Services Practice.
- Use AI tools and developer assistants, including Agentforce Vibes, Cursor, and Claude, while developing AI fluency.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on Salesforce delivery in Revenue Cloud Advanced or Consumer Goods Cloud.
- At least 7 years as a Lead Developer performing solution design in a mid- to large-sized organization.
- Experience with enterprise architecture areas including integration technologies, single sign-on, and master data management.
- Experience with Waterfall and/or Agile implementation methodologies.
- Ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes through technology and integration.
- Strong written, verbal, presentation, communication, and customer-facing advisory skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Salesforce product certifications are highly beneficial before joining.
- Expected certifications within the first three months include Certified Platform App Builder, Certified Platform Developer I, Certified Agentforce Specialist, Certified Sharing & Visibility Designer, Certified Integration Architect, and the certification for the candidate's domain.
