Base Salary
$108k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable, secure full-stack web applications using modern frameworks and cloud technologies.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA teams, and mission stakeholders to define and implement financial tool capabilities.
- Integrate applications with DoD financial management systems and support data compliance with government regulations.
- Build RESTful APIs and microservices supporting secure data pipelines.
- Apply secure coding practices aligned with DoD STIGs and RMF guidelines.
- Implement role-based access controls and maintain system integrity through audit-compliant design.
- Participate in Agile sprint cycles, code reviews, testing, and release processes.
- Support DevSecOps pipeline integration and CI/CD automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and eight years of experience, with additional experience permitted in lieu of a degree.
- At least eight years of full-stack development experience supporting web-based applications.
- Advanced experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Back-end expertise with C#, Node.js, .NET Core, Java, or Python.
- Experience with SQL, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps, Git version control, and CI/CD tools such as GitLab and Jenkins.
- Working knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GovCloud.
- Advanced understanding of application security, role-based access control, and API development.
- Experience working in DoD or federal IT environments.
- Active Top Secret security clearance and U.S. citizenship required; TS/SCI is preferred.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with DoD budgeting processes, financial or audit-traceable platforms, STIGs, ACAS scanning, RMF documentation, system hardening, and tools for budget forecasting, contract execution, or manpower allocation is preferred.
