Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain C and C++ software for radar controls, transmissions, and digital information processing.
- Implement software supporting the detection, classification, tracking, and display of aircraft, drones, and other objects.
- Work on real-time systems and complex algorithms within multidisciplinary Agile teams.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and maintenance of the software architecture and development toolchain.
- Collaborate with system engineers, functional sensor designers, and real-time systems specialists.
Requirements
- Completed HBO or WO education, or a bachelor’s or master’s degree, in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of C++ software development experience.
- Experience developing real-time software.
- Proficiency with Linux operating systems.
- Understanding of mathematics relevant to software development.
- Familiarity with Jenkins, Artifactory, and Maven.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, communicate clearly, show initiative, and deliver results.
- Good command of Dutch and English.
- Eligibility for VGB-B security clearance and Dutch Eyes Only classification.
- Prior real-time software experience is required for candidates pursuing reskilling.
