Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance C++ software for real-time image and video processing.
- Translate mathematical models and matrix operations into efficient production-ready code.
- Integrate software algorithms with optical camera hardware and perform hands-on testing and verification.
- Optimize video processing pipelines and data flows using GStreamer.
- Use CUDA for GPU acceleration and collaborate with Radar Core Processing teams on optical data integration with tracking, extraction, and fire-control systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience in modern C++ software engineering.
- A strong background or affinity in image and/or video processing.
- Strong mathematical capabilities, including experience implementing matrix operations in code.
- A hands-on engineering mindset and interest in running software on physical hardware.
- Experience with GPU programming using CUDA.
- Familiarity with building and managing media pipelines using GStreamer is preferred but not required.
