Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks and solutions for enterprise payment and software platforms.
- Create, execute, and optimize automated API test suites using Postman, Bruno, ReadyAPI, Groovy, Citrus, and similar tools.
- Develop reusable automation code in Java and convert manual test cases, requirements, and API collections into automated regression and integration tests.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, and performance testing, including test-data and test-environment management.
- Investigate application defects, analyze Datadog logs, troubleshoot test failures, and perform root-cause analysis.
- Integrate automated tests into Jenkins-based CI/CD pipelines and participate in code reviews and automation design discussions.
- Collaborate with software engineers, product teams, and quality assurance partners to improve testing strategies and defect prevention.
- Use AI-powered tools and GenAI techniques to generate test cases and data, analyze defects, develop scripts, and optimize test coverage.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Seven to nine years of relevant experience with programming concepts, development logic, or automating complex API processes.
- Proficiency with APIs and API testing, including tools such as Postman or Bruno.
- Strong Java programming skills and experience with Citrus or other test automation frameworks.
- Experience converting manual test cases or Postman collections into automated test scripts.
- Experience analyzing and debugging logs with Datadog.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Jenkins.
- Experience with ReadyAPI and Groovy scripting or similar API automation tools.
- Familiarity with Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG, Git, Jira, IDEs, and pull-request workflows.
- Experience using AI-powered development and testing tools, Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted software development and testing practices.
- Ability to collaborate with development teams to identify, reproduce, and resolve bugs.
