Base Salary
$139k - $209k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define automation architecture and strategy across the full product portfolio.
- Set organization-wide code-coverage, pass-rate, and deployment-validation standards.
- Own the strategy for mobile application testing and cloud-based testing platforms.
- Diagnose complex automated failures across integrated environments and alert appropriate teams.
- Support long-running deployments, including after-hours work when needed.
- Mentor Staff-level SDETs, conduct peer reviews at scale, and elevate automation practices.
- Lead quality-practice collaboration with offshore teams across multiple geographies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical or business field.
- 10+ years of relevant experience as a developer, automation engineer, or SDET.
- 10+ years of experience coding in Java with deep knowledge of object-oriented programming and Core Java principles.
- 8+ years of experience with Selenium for UI test automation.
- 8+ years of experience with REST Assured or similar API automation tools.
- 8+ years of experience in automated test and continuous deployment environments.
- 8+ years of experience with Bitbucket, Git, Stash, Confluence, and JIRA.
- 8+ years of experience troubleshooting logs with tools such as Kibana.
- 8+ years of experience with applications deployed on cloud platforms.
- 8+ years of experience testing mobile applications.
- 8+ years of experience working with offshore teams across geographies.
- 8+ years of experience with cloud-based testing platforms such as Sauce Labs and BrowserStack.
- Professional hands-on experience using AI-assisted development or work tools such as Claude Code, Devin, Windsurf, or similar.
