Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to embed automated quality strategies throughout discovery and delivery.
- Define and own automated QA strategy, standards, tooling, test data, and environment management for Customer and Commercial platforms.
- Design, build, maintain, and refactor automated QA frameworks covering UI, API, data, performance, and security testing.
- Integrate reliable, actionable automated QA solutions into CI/CD pipelines and reduce reliance on manual testing.
- Lead complex automation initiatives as the primary technical authority and provide reference implementations and reusable components.
- Coach engineers and quality engineering practitioners on effective automation practices without formal people management.
- Advise product and business leaders on automation coverage, quality risk, release readiness, and business impact.
- Embed traceability, evidence generation, security, audit, and regulatory controls into automation pipelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- At least 8 years of hands-on experience building automated QA solutions.
- Proven experience creating and sustaining automation at enterprise scale.
- Deep expertise in test automation frameworks, CI/CD integration, and cloud-native systems.
- Strong understanding of UI, API, data, performance, and security testing automation.
- Ability to communicate automation value and quality risk in business terms.
Benefits
- Base pay range of $164,000 to $193,000 annually, with a stated annual incentive reference value of 30%.
- Medical, financial, and/or other benefits are offered depending on the position.
- Located in Atlanta, United States, with 0%–25% travel required.
