Base Salary

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain enterprise business architecture, including capability models, business process frameworks, operating models, and technology roadmaps.
  • Design end-to-end enterprise solutions across cloud platforms, applications, data and integration layers, infrastructure, and networking.
  • Define application components, interfaces, integration patterns, platforms, and development tools for distributed and service-oriented environments.
  • Develop and manage architecture roadmaps and support design, build, deployment, and optimization across the delivery lifecycle.
  • Partner with engineering and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and optimize solutions for performance, cost, and scalability.
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure adherence to security, quality, operational, and architecture governance standards.
  • Communicate architecture vision and solutions to business stakeholders, technical teams, and executive leadership.
  • Drive target-architecture alignment, mentor architects, engineers, and analysts, and lead cross-functional collaboration.
  • Monitor emerging technologies and improve architecture practices, processes, tools, governance, and reuse of enterprise architecture assets.

Requirements

  • 10–15 years of experience in business and solution architecture.
  • Experience across enterprise, application, and information architecture, operating at both strategic business and technical solution levels.
  • Hands-on experience designing and implementing large-scale enterprise solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP, security, networking, distributed systems, SOA, APIs, and modern application architectures.
  • Knowledge of AI concepts and interaction patterns, including agentic use cases.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, capability modeling, transformation, workflow automation, and process optimization.
  • Experience aligning business strategy to technical delivery and defining functional and non-functional requirements and target-state architecture roadmaps.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, preferably in financial services, and industry knowledge in areas such as corporate banking, transaction banking, lending and credit, supply chain finance, accounting, KYC, or AML.
  • Experience with architecture frameworks or tools such as TOGAF and Ardoq or similar.
  • Strong programming or development background and ability to design solutions across all architecture layers.
  • Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, leadership, stakeholder management, decision-making, and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related discipline, or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience.

  • Typical base pay range is $172,000–$191,000 in New York/New Jersey and $143,000–$180,000 outside New York/New Jersey, with possible discretionary performance-based bonus or incentive compensation.
