Responsibilities
- Design and build AI-powered workflows and agents from business requirements and defined use cases.
- Configure and extend agents using DUST, Glean, Microsoft Copilot, Agentforce, and n8n.
- Integrate AI agents with Salesforce, knowledge bases, and internal or external business tools in partnership with IT teams.
- Implement structured decision logic, safety rules, permissions, and guardrails for agent behavior.
- Deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, debug, and maintain AI workflows and agents in production.
- Document workflows, agent behavior, limitations, and reusable processes for internal users.
- Collaborate with product, business, IT, and senior engineering stakeholders to improve Client Solutions processes.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in software engineering or business application development.
- Hands-on experience using AI-powered tools or platforms in a business context.
- Experience leveraging APIs and connecting systems and tools.
- Strong problem-solving, logical-thinking, workflow-debugging, and automation-diagnosis skills.
- Clear communication skills and willingness to learn in a rapidly evolving applied-AI environment.
