Base Salary
$200k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop solutions for real-world computer vision problems.
- Work with the product team to collect large datasets for training AI systems or generate equivalent synthetic data.
- Balance longer-term research with applying research results to production code.
- Research and build state-of-the-art machine learning and computer vision algorithms for 2D and 3D image data.
- Own significant responsibility and deliver high-impact product improvements in a small, multidisciplinary engineering team.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of relevant coding experience.
- B.S. or higher in computer science or a related field.
- Strong background in machine learning or computer vision.
- Excellent knowledge of Python or C/C++.
- Strong understanding of machine learning techniques including CNNs, supervised and unsupervised learning, and optimization techniques.
- Preferred: MS or PhD degree or equivalent practical experience in computer science, AI, machine learning, or a related technical field.
- Preferred: experience with deep learning frameworks such as Caffe, TensorFlow, or Theano.
- Preferred: experience shipping quality code quickly and iterating in a fast-paced work environment.
