Responsibilities
- Take new product features from idea through design, implementation, iteration, and launch.
- Design and implement UI/UX and business logic for new and existing features.
- Build and iterate on features intended to improve user engagement and conversion.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer support teams to define features and product direction.
- Participate in code reviews and exchange feedback with teammates.
- Monitor emerging technologies and identify opportunities in the technical environment.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of the UX design process and strategy.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellent user experiences.
- Proficiency with Figma or another design and prototyping tool.
- Strong portfolio of previous design projects.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, React, and at least one major React state-management system.
- Comfort working with Figma, React, TypeScript, MobX, AWS, and continuous deployment workflows.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-directed, analytical, and effective in a team environment.
- Passion for the Restream product.
