Responsibilities
- Produce architecture and design specifications for products spanning multiple devices and platforms.
- Create detailed technical designs for mobile products and applications.
- Deliver proofs of concept and estimates for integrations and technology choices.
- Guide senior engineers and code complex framework or integration components.
- Propose solutions that balance risk, complexity, effort, and requirements.
- Lead software design and code reviews to maintain quality and standards.
- Mentor team members and provide training and consultation across teams.
- Support interoperability among products and participate in development from design through release.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 5 years of enterprise product development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java/J2EE, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Excellent programming, debugging, and object-oriented development skills.
- Experience developing web-based platforms and applications.
- Expertise with SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and HANA databases.
- Experience building and consuming web services, including SOAP, WSDL, XML, XML Schema, and XPath.
- UI development experience, including object-oriented JavaScript programming and responsive design.
- Understanding of performance and security in mobile and enterprise contexts.
- Knowledge of Agile development processes and strong communication and time-management skills.
- OScript and content management domain experience are advantageous.
- Up-to-date knowledge of AI trends, tools, and practices relevant to UI solutions and information management is expected; AI agent and agentic AI framework experience is a plus.
