Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy full-stack application solutions using Java Spring Boot and Python.
- Contribute to front-end development using React, Angular, or similar frameworks.
- Design scalable, maintainable, cloud-native application architectures with senior architects.
- Build and maintain integrations using REST, GraphQL, Kafka, message queues, microservices, and event-driven patterns.
- Deploy and optimize applications across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Implement practical AI features using cloud-based AI services, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, and Bicep.
- Improve application performance and security through code reviews, testing, and secure development practices.
- Work with developers, product managers, and infrastructure teams to translate requirements into technical implementations.
- Provide hands-on technical support and mentorship while contributing to solution design.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience is required, with the broader role specification seeking 5 to 12 years of hands-on full-stack development experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in a lead developer or junior architect role focused on application-heavy systems.
- Strong proficiency in Java Spring Boot and Python for backend development.
- Hands-on experience with React, Angular, or similar front-end frameworks.
- Experience building and deploying solutions across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Practical experience with REST APIs, message queues, microservices, and integration patterns.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
- Working knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and cloud-native services.
- Basic exposure to AI/ML integration, cloud AI services, Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Understanding of secure coding, IAM, encryption, performance optimization, and enterprise security standards.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, with 15 years of full-time education.
- Azure Developer Associate or similar certification is preferred.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and adaptability skills.
