Responsibilities
- Design and develop full-stack applications combining AI capabilities with cloud-based architectures.
- Build scalable software components, APIs, and integrations across digital platforms and enterprise systems.
- Translate functional requirements into technical solutions, user stories, and implementation plans.
- Write code using technologies such as Java, Python, JavaScript, C#.NET, Spring Boot, and React Native.
- Apply software development lifecycle, testing, debugging, and release practices.
- Review code, resolve defects, and improve application performance, maintainability, and security.
- Analyze technical issues and recommend solutions across application, integration, and architecture layers.
- Collaborate with clients and project teams on delivery approach, progress tracking, and changing priorities.
- Support AI-human collaboration use cases, automation, intelligent workflows, and digital tool adoption.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing and technical documentation.
Requirements
- At least a bachelor’s degree is required.
- At least 4 years of experience is required.
- Oral and written proficiency in English is required.
- Preferred fields of study include Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems or Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, and Software Engineering.
- Coursework or internship experience in software engineering or cloud development is preferred.
- Experience using Java, Python, JavaScript, or C# in application development is preferred.
- Experience applying CI/CD, testing, and code review practices is preferred.
- Experience collaborating on API management, microservices, or integration projects is preferred.
- Client-facing delivery experience with analytical thinking and communication is preferred.
