Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of application design, development, construction, configuration, and delivery activities.
- Act as an SME and primary point of contact while collaborating with and managing the team.
- Make decisions for the team and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions to complex problems for the immediate team and broader teams.
- Facilitate communication with team members, multiple teams, and external partners.
- Integrate SharePoint Online solutions with Microsoft 365 services and third-party applications.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and software configuration management.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in collaborative environments.
- Ability to integrate SharePoint Online solutions with Microsoft 365 services and third-party applications.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation for development and deployment processes.
- 15 years of full-time education.
