Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team.
- Analyze code and applications to identify enhancements, vulnerabilities, and security issues.
- Design programming solutions, install applications, and support customer-facing systems.
- Conduct application testing and debugging.
- Consult with users, clients, and technology groups to resolve issues and recommend solutions.
- Advise or coach new and lower-level analysts and act as a subject matter expert for stakeholders.
- Assess risks, maintain compliance with applicable laws and policies, and escalate and report control issues transparently.
Requirements
- Requires 2–5 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry.
- Requires intermediate-level experience in an Applications Development role.
- Requires a bachelor's or university degree, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in requirements.

- Salary range is $76,560.00–$106,840.00, excluding potential incentive and retention awards.
