Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise-grade AI applications that apply large language models to business scenarios.
- Build RAG systems, AI agents, intelligent Q&A, document-generation applications, enterprise knowledge bases, and vectorized retrieval systems.
- Develop model-service middleware for unified multi-model scheduling and management.
- Design prompts, optimize model outputs, and participate in LoRA/SFT model fine-tuning.
- Containerize and deploy AI services using Docker and Kubernetes and establish LLMOps monitoring.
- Integrate AI applications with ERP, CRM, OA, and other enterprise systems, then track launch effectiveness and iterate on solutions.
- Write technical documentation, mentor junior developers, communicate with product and business teams, and deliver technical solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related major from an accredited institution.
- At least 3 years of work experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on Python development.
- Proficiency with AI application frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex and familiarity with GPT, Claude, DeepSeek, and Tongyi Qianwen APIs.
- Deep understanding of RAG and experience with Milvus, Pinecone, Chroma, or Qdrant and knowledge Q&A projects.
- Familiarity with FastAPI or Flask and the ability to design RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis caching, and vector databases.
- Familiarity with Docker containerized deployment and basic Kubernetes operations.
- Experience developing AI agents, parsing enterprise PDF, Word, or Excel documents, or delivering AI application projects.
- Ability to fluently read English technical documentation and meet CET-4 or equivalent English requirements.
