Responsibilities
- Design, implement, deploy, optimize, and maintain enterprise-level large language model projects.
- Improve model training and inference efficiency through prompt engineering, fine-tuning, evaluation, quantization, distillation, and pruning.
- Build AI systems using LangChain, RAG, and agent technologies.
- Research industry advancements and maintain technical leadership in AI and LLM technologies.
- Provide ongoing technical support and complete other assignments from the supervisor.
Requirements
- Solid foundation in machine learning and deep learning.
- Proficiency in Python and PyTorch, with familiarity with Transformer architecture and NLP tasks.
- Proficiency in prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning techniques.
- Experience building complex AI applications with RAG and agent frameworks.
- Familiarity with model optimization techniques such as quantization and pruning.
- Proficiency with Git and Docker and experience deploying to cloud platforms.
- Experience with end-to-end project implementation.
- Strong business acumen, cross-department communication skills, and English and Chinese communication skills.
