Responsibilities
- Apply AI-assisted methods to requirements analysis, solution design, code generation, refactoring, testing, regression strategies, code review, documentation, deployment, and operational support.
- Use Oracle SCM functional and technical expertise to modernize Supply Chain applications through AI-enabled engineering workflows.
- Apply GitHub Copilot, agentic AI frameworks, prompt engineering, RAG patterns, and related developer workflows.
- Quantify business outcomes from AI adoption, including development-cycle reduction, improved code quality, reduced testing effort, and faster issue resolution.
- Align engineering modernization work with the client’s Supply Chain AIFC strategy and broader AI transformation goals.
Requirements
- Oracle SCM functional and technical expertise.
- Hands-on experience applying AI across the software development lifecycle rather than only using AI for testing.
- Experience with AI-assisted requirements and design, code generation and refactoring, test automation, regression strategies, DevOps, code review, documentation, and operational support.
- Experience with GitHub Copilot, agentic AI frameworks, prompt engineering, RAG patterns, and AI-assisted developer workflows is especially valuable.
- Ability to quantify business outcomes achieved through AI adoption.
- Experience with AI-fueled engineering frameworks and software modernization initiatives.
