Responsibilities
- Prototype and ship AI-powered product features in collaboration with product and design teams.
- Design and implement scalable APIs and microservices that serve AI systems in production.
- Monitor and optimize AI service performance, cost, and accuracy.
- Build and maintain AI-driven developer tools for code quality, productivity, and release automation.
- Evaluate AI models, frameworks, and APIs to improve engineering processes.
- Integrate AI-powered monitoring, code analysis, QA, test generation, regression detection, and anomaly detection into engineering workflows.
- Partner with QA engineers to design intelligent validation pipelines and improve test coverage and reliability.
- Contribute to AI roadmap creation, ideation, internal standards, and development and deployment best practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional development experience using Kotlin or Java.
- Familiarity with large language models, prompt engineering, RAG, and multi-agent systems.
- Strong understanding of computer systems fundamentals, including program execution, linking, multithreading, memory management, processes, and file systems.
- Experience building consumer-facing products and applications.
- Professional production experience with distributed systems is a significant advantage.
- French is not required, and perfect English is not required.
