Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, customize, and enhance software components and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and workflows.
- Document technical specifications and user guides for software deployment and maintenance.
- Support data migration, integrations, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments.
- Work independently as a subject matter expert, contribute to technical solutions, and guide junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional and experience configuring and customizing its modules.
- Strong understanding of enterprise resource planning processes and their integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Ability to analyze business workflows and translate them into software solutions.
- Familiarity with data migration, integration techniques, and troubleshooting in Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments.
- 15 years of full-time education.
