Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Flows.
- Enhance lead, account, contact, opportunity, forecasting, reporting, and automation processes.
- Define technical solutions and architecture with business and technical stakeholders.
- Design and implement REST and SOAP integrations with SAP and other external enterprise systems.
- Apply Salesforce security, performance optimization, testing, and production support practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, QA teams, Agile teams, and developers on scalable enterprise solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, preferably focused on Sales Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce Flow.
- Experience designing and implementing REST and SOAP integrations with enterprise platforms such as SAP.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture, including sharing models, profiles, permission sets, visibility, and context-based access.
- Advanced knowledge of governor limits, performance optimization, Apex testing strategies, and asynchronous Apex development using Batchable, Queueable, and Schedulable.
- Experience working on large-scale enterprise projects in global environments.
- Intermediate to Advanced English communication skills.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification, additional Salesforce certifications, CI/CD and version control experience, DevOps practices, Agile/Scrum experience, and Salesforce Experience Cloud knowledge are preferred.
