Responsibilities
- Drive continuous improvement of Dashlane’s product and company security program.
- Conduct architecture design reviews, threat modeling, and technical security assessments across application and infrastructure systems.
- Integrate security best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Build and scale vulnerability management processes for tracking, analyzing, and remediating vulnerabilities.
- Perform risk assessments of internal systems, environments, assets, and data.
- Evaluate security tooling and build customized tools when needed.
- Participate in compliance and incident response activities.
- Propose security features that protect Dashlane and its users.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of application security best practices, including threat modeling and risk assessments.
- Demonstrated experience building or improving an SDLC program.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and their security implications.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure-as-Code such as Terraform.
- Interest in enabling secure use of AI tools internally.
- Interest in cryptography and its application in modern systems is a bonus.
- Experience with IAM frameworks and protocols such as Passkeys, SAML, OAuth, or SCIM is a bonus.
- Strong communication, collaboration, mentoring, learning, and adaptability skills.
