Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality guides for setup, performance tuning, and scaling needs.
- Create well-documented code examples for using Confluent Cloud with AI and ML tools.
- Write engaging technical articles, tutorials, and how-to guides for various expertise levels.
- Host webinars and live coding sessions to demonstrate Confluent Cloud's capabilities.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to stay updated on features and best practices.
- Provide technical support and guidance to users and prospects.
- Engage with the Confluent community through forums and social media.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or C/C++ programming.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems and streaming data architectures.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.
- Knowledge of data processing frameworks and databases.
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for teaching.
