Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality full-stack software solutions for customer escalations and support incidents.
- Investigate defects, troubleshoot complex technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver patches or customer solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve user experience, performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
- Apply TDD/BDD, unit and integration testing, CI/CD, and Agile delivery practices.
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members and promote engineering and quality best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong full-stack development skills.
- Experience with Java, JavaScript, React or Angular, microservices, and RESTful API development.
- Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, LLMs, prompt engineering, and integrating AI services or APIs.
- Database expertise with Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB, including complex queries, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Experience with unit and integration testing, CI/CD pipelines, AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins, Maven or Gradle, SonarQube, and related delivery tools.
- Strong problem-solving experience involving performance, scalability, reliability, security, memory management, and distributed systems.
- Preferred experience includes life sciences, regulated environments, customer or internal audits, QMS procedures, and advanced network or system troubleshooting.
