Responsibilities
- Lead discovery and process-design workshops across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, service, and IT stakeholders.
- Define future-state PLM processes and lifecycle governance covering requirements traceability, product structures, documents, releases, configurations, baselines, variants, effectivity, engineering changes, EBOM, MBOM, BOP, and as-built configurations.
- Own Teamcenter functional, application, information, integration, security, deployment, and environment architecture.
- Design or govern Teamcenter data models, business objects, classification, workflows, maturity and release states, organization models, access controls, and collaboration patterns.
- Lead architecture decisions involving Active Workspace, BMIDE, ITK, services, integrations, and extension approaches.
- Guide configuration-versus-customization decisions and provide assurance across build, migration, testing, deployment, transition, and support.
- Produce architecture and assurance artifacts for formal governance and design-review forums.
- Mentor teams, facilitate stakeholders, and support solution shaping and technical execution.
Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise PLM experience, including substantial Siemens Teamcenter implementation and architecture responsibility.
- Leadership of at least one end-to-end Teamcenter delivery spanning discovery, design, configuration, integration, migration, testing, and deployment.
- Deep knowledge of product structures, BOM management, configuration management, engineering change, workflows, releases, effectivity, variants, and lifecycle governance.
- Practical knowledge of Teamcenter data modeling and configuration, BMIDE, Active Workspace, ITK, and enterprise integration approaches.
- Experience integrating Teamcenter with CAD and at least one ERP or manufacturing platform.
- Experience in complex engineered-product environments such as defense, aerospace, marine, rail, automotive, energy, industrial equipment, or other regulated manufacturing sectors.
- Strong consulting, workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and technical execution skills.
- Ability to operate as a hands-on architecture lead while mentoring teams and supporting solution shaping.
- Australian citizenship is mandatory.
- Teamcenter-to-SAP and PLM-to-MES/MOM experience are highly regarded.
