Responsibilities
- Implement tools and automation that support product squads’ evolution.
- Review software promotion and delivery practices, provide feedback, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to the organization’s technology and transformation roadmap.
- Provide training on Intact and industry tools and practices.
- Monitor relevant technology developments and advise on their application.
- Explain complex concepts and solutions in approachable ways.
- Mentor product squads and serve as a close contact for their technical leaders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience.
- At least 7 years of industry experience with a successful track record in a similar technical leadership role.
- Passion for technology, continuous improvement, and understanding the tools, frameworks, and languages used.
- Interest in current industry trends and a clear vision for the evolution of software engineering practices.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada; Canadian work experience is not required.
- Bilingualism is required for candidates in Quebec due to regular interaction with English-speaking colleagues across Canada.
