Solution Architect – Observability & AIOps

Responsibilities
- Own the AIOps and auto-remediation strategy, including event correlation, anomaly detection, noise reduction, root-cause analysis, and self-healing.
- Establish methods for identifying and prioritizing remediation opportunities using incident, event, and monitoring data.
- Design proactive and predictive remediation using early-warning signals, AI, and machine learning.
- Define reference architectures, technical standards, and safe, governed patterns for automated actions.
- Set the technical roadmap for observability and event management across metrics, log analytics, synthetic monitoring, and platform integrations.
- Guide Solution Engineers, assure solution quality, and evaluate platforms, tools, and vendors.
- Prototype solutions, solve complex technical problems, and collaborate with engineers, stakeholders, operational teams, and vendors.
Requirements
- Experienced architect with a strong technical foundation in AIOps, observability, event management, and automation.
- Experience architecting AIOps, auto-remediation, or self-healing solutions that measurably reduce resolution time.
- Experience with enterprise-scale observability, monitoring, and event-correlation architecture or design.
- Hands-on automation development using Python, APIs, AI, or automation frameworks.
- Experience with CI/CD, GitOps, Infrastructure as Code, and integrations between monitoring, event management, ITSM, and cloud platforms.
- Relevant university degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Professional English proficiency and the ability to communicate clearly, collaborate across teams, guide others, and balance automation goals with operational safety.
