Responsibilities
- Optimize the homegrown recruiting DSL-to-SQL compiler and create developer tools.
- Implement automated guardrails for customer data security and privacy.
- Facilitate fast feature shipping through canary deploys and feature flags.
- Define SLOs and implement corresponding SLIs in collaboration with teams.
- Ensure reliable communication with external services using retries and circuit-breakers.
- Support an event-driven architecture and data warehouse infrastructure.
Requirements
- Experience building infrastructure at a later stage than Ashby.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for tackling complex issues.
- Proficiency in SQL and coding, with a willingness to review and submit code changes.
- Ability to work independently and manage projects without constant oversight.
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code principles and tools.
