Base Salary
$150k - $262k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide relief and sustainable resolution for infrastructure issues.
- Use software development, systems engineering, and networking expertise to prevent recurring issues.
- Drive reliability and performance improvements through system design initiatives with partner teams.
- Automate manual activities and deliver scalable infrastructure solutions.
- Drive monitoring and automation initiatives.
- Support 24x7 production operations for Government Community Cloud infrastructure on the Sunday-Wednesday third shift.
Requirements
- Typically requires 8 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree, 6 years with a master’s degree, 3 years with a PhD, or equivalent experience.
- Deep knowledge of Linux systems.
- At least 2 years of experience with DevOps automation, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.
- At least 2 years of experience with cloud technologies, preferably Azure.
- At least 2 years of coding experience, preferably with Python, JavaScript, and Ruby.
- Experience administering, troubleshooting, and performance-tuning PostgreSQL and MySQL databases.
- Expertise in observability and monitoring of applications, services, and networks at scale.
- Networking skills including IP addressing and routing.
- Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- Ability to pass ServiceNow’s USFedPASS background screening, including credit, criminal/misdemeanor, and drug checks.
- Must be a US citizen, naturalized US citizen, or US permanent resident holding a green card.
- Experience developing on the ServiceNow Platform is preferred.

- Base pay is $149,800-$262,200, plus equity when applicable, variable/incentive compensation, and benefits.

- The role has no on-call rotation, shift bonuses for second and third shifts, and a four-day work week.
- This is a third-shift position scheduled Sunday-Wednesday, 11 p.m.-10 a.m. PT.

- Employment is regular and contingent upon passing the required federal screening.
