Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable microservices and APIs powering AI capabilities.
- Develop Generative AI pipelines using LangChain, LlamaIndex, and MCP-based integrations.
- Integrate and operationalize models from providers such as OpenAI and Anthropic.
- Design and deploy ML models for predictive insights, anomaly detection, and automated decision-making.
- Design and extend MCP servers that expose and manage tools for LLMs.
- Implement continuous model evaluation and retraining workflows.
- Align ML and GenAI components with enterprise security, reliability, and performance standards.
- Ensure AI workloads scale securely in AWS and Kubernetes multi-tenant cloud environments.
- Participate in architecture reviews and define MCP-compliant interfaces.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with AI/ML and backend platform development exposure.
- Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, RAG, ReAct, and agent-based reasoning.
- Experience building or integrating MCP servers.
- Expertise with LLM APIs including OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini, plus multi-model orchestration.
- Strong foundation in API design, microservice architecture, and event-driven systems.
- Knowledge of OAuth2, JWT, authentication, security standards, and secure coding practices.
- Experience with PostgreSQL or DynamoDB.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Preferred qualifications include additional AI/ML frameworks or cloud platforms, insurance technology or enterprise SaaS experience, open-source AI/ML contributions, and ethical AI or governance experience.
