Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and maintain custom software components across systems and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate project requirements into scalable software solutions.
- Evaluate and improve software performance, maintainability, and quality through debugging, testing, and performance tuning.
- Document software development processes and technical solutions.
- Work independently, contribute to team discussions, and provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Share knowledge and provide guidance to junior team members.
- Develop expertise as a subject matter expert in the assigned domain.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Oracle Flexcube Core Banking.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Oracle Flexcube Core Banking.
- Experience with software development lifecycle practices and modern programming frameworks.
- Understanding of database management and integration with core banking systems.
- Ability to design and implement scalable software components.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and independent-working skills.
