Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize backend architecture for the Wallet Earn on-chain aggregated investment platform.
- Build an aggregated-investment risk-control platform supporting stability, fund safety, and scalability.
- Improve protocol integration capabilities and onboarding efficiency.
- Develop multi-chain asset and position infrastructure for public chains and DeFi protocols, maintaining accurate and real-time position data.
- Develop core AI Agent Marketplace modules including Agent, Task, and Order, and explore AI Agent and Web3 integrations.
- Ensure high availability and performance across core business flows and resolve complex production issues.
- Improve architecture, code quality, monitoring, alerting, observability, and exception-compensation capabilities.
Requirements
- Strong Java fundamentals and proficiency with Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with MySQL, Redis, MQ, and RPC middleware.
- Experience building high-concurrency, high-availability distributed systems.
- Familiarity with major DeFi protocols, smart contract fundamentals, wallets, account models, on-chain assets, and the DeFi ecosystem.
- Strong systems analysis and architecture design skills, preferably in large-scale consumer or financial systems.
- Ability to independently diagnose production issues involving log analysis, distributed tracing, performance tuning, fault recovery, and data consistency.
- Familiarity with EVM, Solana, and Tron account models and transaction mechanics is a plus.
- On-chain protocol or smart contract development, high-concurrency trading, financial or payment systems, risk control, KYT, and AML experience are advantageous.
- Experience with AI Agent platforms, LLMs, MCP, Function Calling, A2A protocols, or workflow systems is advantageous.
- Strong ownership, communication, collaboration, and interest in Web3, DeFi, or AI Agents.
