Base Salary
$149k - $186k/yr
Responsibilities
- Research and build proof of concepts using innovative technologies.
- Write secure, stable, testable, and maintainable code.
- Participate in team design, scoping, and prioritization discussions.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions quickly.
- Engage in code reviews and design discussions to enhance team practices.
- Estimate tasks accurately and deliver them on time.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in software engineering.
- Experience building production-ready systems using LLMs.
- Proficiency in at least one higher-level programming language (Python, JS, Java, .NET).
- Fullstack experience in designing scalable and fault-tolerant systems.
- Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure, preferably AWS.
- Strong sense of ownership and urgency in delivering quality work.
