Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end implementations with enterprise customers from kickoff through production.
- Translate customer pain points into concrete product solutions.
- Build internal tools and processes for efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale projects.
- Run on-site workshops and technical enablement sessions with customers.
- Maintain and operate solutions at high scale with a focus on security and reliability.
- Implement identity synchronization and lifecycle management solutions.
- Work with Infrastructure as Code tools to deliver scalable applications.
- Build and maintain high-quality software using TypeScript, Next.js, and React.
- Practice AI-assisted development regularly.
Requirements
- Power user of AI coding tools like v0, Cursor, Claude, and Codex.
- Proficient in Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
- Experience in a GTM-adjacent engineering role.
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites regularly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex concepts.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving environment.
