Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and enhance custom software and cloud-based application solutions.
- Design and implement scalable, reliable cloud architectures integrating cloud and on-premises systems.
- Deploy infrastructure and platform environments and create proof-of-architecture models.
- Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure performance and validate solution performance.
- Document architecture designs and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Participate actively in team discussions, work independently, and become a subject-matter expert.
- Support junior team members through guidance and shared best practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure deployment and management.
- Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.
- Ability to design and implement scalable and reliable cloud architectures.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting for cloud environment management.
- Knowledge of performance testing and validation techniques for cloud solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education.
