Responsibilities
- Work with customers to understand and document business requirements.
- Configure products based on customer specifications.
- Assist with go-live steps and ensure adherence to implementation timelines.
- Track and record billable hours accurately on customer accounts.
- Ensure timely and accurate deployments according to customer contracts.
- Create design documents, functional requirements, and deployment guides.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in a relevant role.
- Proven experience as a Bot Developer or similar position.
- Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and chatbot integration platforms.
- Understanding of modern authentication standards like oAuth2 and SAML.
- Familiarity with browser security protocols such as CORS.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Ability to read API documentation and implement proof of concepts.
- Strong understanding of user experience and conversational interfaces.
- Excellent verbal communication skills for customer interactions.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills on SaaS applications.
- Flexibility to extend hours for collaboration with US teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a high-level environment.
