Responsibilities
- Lead the technical execution of frontend initiatives from requirements to production release.
- Translate team goals into scalable frontend architecture decisions.
- Contribute to the evolution of the internal developer portal and UI applications.
- Identify risks and validate assumptions in ambiguous problem spaces.
- Ensure long-term codebase health by reducing technical debt and improving test coverage.
- Collaborate on trade-offs, API contracts, and non-functional requirements.
- Monitor and resolve production issues, contributing to incident response.
- Mentor and support other engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.
- Align technical decisions with business priorities and customer impact.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building modern web applications using TypeScript/JavaScript.
- 3+ years of experience with React or similar modern frontend frameworks.
- Experience leading technical implementation of production features end-to-end.
- Strong understanding of frontend architecture and performance optimization.
- Experience consuming and influencing RESTful APIs.
- Full-stack engineering experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with debugging complex production issues.
- Experience writing automated tests including unit, integration, and E2E.
