Responsibilities
- Build highly maintainable and efficient software components and systems.
- Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues in a complex enterprise product.
- Design features with architects and independently own scoping, breakdown, and implementation.
- Improve code structure and overall product quality.
- Maintain documentation for assigned components.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience building scalable, highly critical distributed systems.
- B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent qualification.
- Strong object-oriented design skills and ability to apply design patterns.
- Experience with highly concurrent, multithreaded applications and system performance optimization.
- Understanding of performance trade-offs, load balancing, and high availability.
- Excellent programming skills in Java, Python, or another popular programming language.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, data structures, algorithms, and computer science fundamentals.
