Responsibilities
- Review technical requirements, specifications, and designs and provide feedback.
- Develop structured test plans and test cases.
- Execute manual white-box and black-box testing and automated smoke, sanity, and regression tests.
- Automate test cases to improve testing efficiency.
- Identify, document, and track defects.
- Support client User Acceptance Testing.
- Coordinate with Project Delivery and Account Managers on timely, high-quality releases.
- Investigate and resolve live-environment issues with clients.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software testing experience.
- Knowledge of QA methodologies, Software Delivery Life Cycle, and white-box and black-box testing.
- Experience with XRay, TestLink, Jira, Unix, Linux, Windows, Python, SQL, HTTP, and TCP/IP.
- Knowledge of secure code development guidelines and coding practices, including OWASP and NIST.
- Strong communication, teamwork, adaptability, attention to detail, proactivity, and accountability.
