Responsibilities
- Collaborate with account executives to develop and execute territory and account strategies.
- Conduct research to understand customer requirements and communicate business value.
- Execute the delivery of POCs for customers with complex use cases.
- Craft technical content for implementing specific use cases or best practices.
- Prepare and deliver demos showcasing how the Okta platform meets customer needs.
- Communicate customer needs and product feedback to Product Management and other teams.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in solutions engineering.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
- Good understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture and core security concerns.
- Hands-on experience in web, mobile, or backend development is a plus.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Native Spanish speaker and professional English proficiency required.
- Willingness to travel 10-25% of the time.
