Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software across frontend and backend systems.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical implementations.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance through thoughtful design and testing.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural discussions and technical direction.
- Mentor and support junior engineers and promote technical excellence.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems to improve performance and user experience.
Requirements
- At least five years of professional experience developing and maintaining full-stack applications.
- Proficiency in one or more backend languages, including Java and TypeScript/Node.js or others.
- Experience with Angular and/or React.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
- Understanding of cloud environments and deployment tools such as AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Ability to write well-tested, maintainable, and scalable code.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
