Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop next-generation networking, cyber, and electronic-warfare capabilities.
- Create and investigate cyber-physical systems using commercial and prototype hardware platforms.
- Develop and integrate C/C++ and Python software, distributed services, message-bus architectures, and third-party tooling.
- Operationalize software through testing, documentation, service integration, and contract discipline.
- Set up and run laboratory and integration testbeds, collect and analyze data, and perform field demonstrations.
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams and travel overnight for certain projects.
Requirements
- A STEM degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience, an advanced degree and at least 3 years of experience, or 9 years of relevant experience without a degree.
- Active and existing U.S. Department of Defense Secret security clearance required after day one.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Experience programming in both C/C++ and Python, including modern Python service development and testing of distributed systems.
- Experience with event-driven message-bus architectures such as Kafka or Redpanda and publish-subscribe services.
- Experience integrating third-party tools using REST and RPC, with service integration and contract discipline.
- Ability to learn diverse technologies and concepts such as Model Context Protocol, relational data modeling, and domain-specific languages.
- Preferred experience with Ansible, Kubernetes, Linux at the user and kernel levels, virtualization, containers, orchestration, Docker, testbeds, logging, metrics, SIEM tools, and Android platforms.
- Preferred understanding of cyber exploit tactics, techniques, and procedures.
